My Latest Concotion!!

So there is no official recipe for this baked pasta concoction...I just really wanted to use my Fiesta Au gratin dishes!! I only have 4, the colors don't really go together (plum, evergreen, sunflower, and lemongrass) So, Santa if you are reading this...I would like to add Scarlet (red), Shamrock (green), Tangerine (orange), and Peacock (turquoise) Fiesta Au gratin dishes to my wish list!! :)

So here's what I did...Start with boiling the pasta, whatever you have will work! Then I melted 1 stick of butter, 1 package of cream cheese, 6 oz of Parmesan, and 2 cups of milk. Then add some pepper and 2 teaspoons of garlic powder. I added onions and chicken too!! But you can add mushrooms or whatever you like!! Then you mix the sauce with the pasta, then put your mixture into the baking dishes and cover with mozzarella cheese!!! Bake at 350 for 25 minutes!! Soo yummy!! :)

  3. Looks yummy!

Did you drain the pasta first or just add the butter/cream cheese directly in?

  5. This sounds really good, and I'm on the lookout for easy dishes that I can make ahead and freeze for when I'm at work. This looks like one I'll have to make!
