I had this yummy potato side dish at Cora's awhile back and begged for the recipe...she said the only way she would share the cheesy goodness was if I took pictures and put it on my blog...I gladly agreed, so here's the evidence!! I'm pretty sure she was just joking, but this recipe is too good not to pass along...so here we go!!
2 pound bag frozen southern style hash browns THAWED
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese
1/4 cup grated onion or 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp. salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. Place in greased 9X13 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 45-60min. Until sides are bubbly and potatoes are cooked through.
