Another year, another coordinating costume!! YEA!!!
Yall! They came up with this one all own their on and I was over the moon!!
We got two different Daniel Boone type costumes (because no, Lewis and Clark costumes do not exist!!) and I found a tri-corner hat for Mcoy and one of the costumes came with the gun powder horn and the coon skin cap! The hardest part were the boots! We were trying to re-create this picture below..
So I knew I had to find some kind of boot covers! I grabbed some glue, faux leather, fringe, and felt at Hobby Lobby and made it work! The boys thought they were perfect, so A+ for me!! ha!
As usual, they can't wait to add these to their dress up stash the day after Halloween!!
