The Cranberry Salad!!

Amazing Cranberry Salad Thanksgiving

Ok! Here it is! The most amazing Cranberry Salad!! If you are eating your cranberries out of a can on Thanksgiving, you are seriously missing out! And this coming from a girl who doesn't even like cranberries!! :)

You will need:
1lb bag of cranberries (or 12 oz chopped)
4 chopped apples
2 cups of crushed pineapple (drained)
1 and 3/4 cup of sugar
1 pkg of cherry jello
1 pkg of raspberry jello
2 cups of hot water
Dissolve Jello and sugar in the hot water and chill until slightly firm. Mix together other ingredients, once Jello is firm, stir them in. Chill and enjoy!  :)

This is our Grandma Moss' recipe, it is used at our church's big turkey supper too!

If you freeze the cranberries before hand, they are easier to chop!

All the cranberries chopped!

Now time to chop the apples!

I adore this little chopper! My Momma got it for me a few Christmases's from QVC!

Cranberries and apples!

Time for Jello or jelly, as Merritt calls it :)

Hot water in...

All dissolved.

Firming in the fridge.

adding pineapple.

Cranberries, apples, and crushed pineapple!

Jello mixed in! Ready to chill!

Mmmm it's soo yummy! I made a double batch since The Farmer eats it like ice cream! haha!

Happy Thanksgiving!!
