Cheese-Blasted Tater Tots
Start to finish: 25 minutes
Serves: 7-8
Ingredients
1 package frozen tater tots (32 oz.)
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack
1 cup shredded Colby Jack
1 package frozen tater tots (32 oz.)
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
1. Place tater tots on a cooking sheet and cook according to package,
approximately 20 minutes on 450℉.
2. Remove tater tots from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheeses.
Place back in the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
3. Remove from oven and drizzle with ranch dressing.

Ingredients

⅓ cup buffalo sauce
¼ cup ranch dressing
Blue cheese for garnish

⅓ cup buffalo sauce

1. Mix buffalo sauce and ranch dressing in a large bowl.
2. Toss frozen tots in the sauce mixture.
3. Place tater tots on a cooking sheet and cook according to the package,
approximately 20 minutes on 450℉.

Bacon BBQ Wrapped Tots
Start to finish: 30 minutes
Serves: 7-8

1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked
1 packet of taco seasoning
¼ cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup tomatoes
⅓ cup sliced black olives
4 sliced green onions

24 small corn or flour tortillas
4 cups salsa
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
2-3 jalapeños sliced
Sour cream & cilantro for topping

Ingredients

16 oz. smoked bacon
¾ cup barbecue sauce
Wooden picks
Instructions
1. Place tater tots on a cooking sheet and cook according to package,
approximately 20 minutes on 450℉.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place bacon in a single layer.
3. Bake bacon for about 15 minutes or until it’s cooked through but not crisp.
4. Blot grease with paper towels.
5. Add new parchment paper to a baking sheet and place bacon back on baking sheet.
Coat both sides with barbecue sauce.
6. Return to the oven for 3 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and cool. Then cut bacon in half and wrap around each tot,
securing with a wooden pick.
